Remove foods that feed a virus: eggs, dairy & wheat.  Increase foods that are rich in healthy vitamins and nutrients – especially fruit.  Incorporate these supplements: zinc gluconate, vitamin C and vitamin D.  Reduce toxins: alcohol, smoking & drugs.  Get outside.  Be active.  Get adequate sleep. 

Your body is intricately designed to defend itself from any ailment.  Reduce the severity of any virus or cold by following the suggestions above.

Support it even further by decreasing fear, an immunity suppressor and increasing socialization, an immunity supporter (however possible).

Beware of unrealistic miracle drugs.  Your best defense is good health.
