Empower My Immune System

Remove foods that feed a virus: eggs, dairy & wheat.  Increase foods that are rich in healthy vitamins and nutrients – especially fruit.  Incorporate these supplements: zinc gluconate, vitamin C and vitamin D.  Reduce toxins: alcohol, smoking & drugs.  Get outside.  Be active.  Get adequate sleep. 

Your body is intricately designed to defend itself from any ailment (including a super-virus). 

Support it even further by decreasing fear, an immunity suppressor and increasing socialization, an immunity supporter.

Beware of unrealistic miracle drugs.  Your best defense is good health.
